It’s no secret that most of the western world is facing an obesity epidemic. Both the World Health Organization and National Institute for Health have formally declared it a global issue. Why do most people struggle with staying thin? The answer comes down to one word: Habits.
It’s no coincidence that the healthiest people you know seem to be obsessed with their health and fitness, happy to talk your ear off with their latest gym routine or diet.
This is because health for them isn’t a chore, it’s a habit, which by definition is: “a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.”
The details of a workout or technique can change, but habits become so deeply ingrained in the way that you live your life that you no longer need to think about them.
Choosing the proper habits to adopt can be really difficult, so I want to give you 8 Habits of Thin People. These habits will help you lead a long and healthy life, but it’s also important to remember that this is a marathon and not a sprint! Don’t try and do everything all at once.
